Hiring for Senior/Manager, Talent Acquisition (COE) and Employer Branding

Responsibilities
Partner with institutions taskforce team to strengthen recruitment and candidate attraction capability at cluster level;
Develop talent pipelines strategy to broaden experienced/ young talents outreach channels, enhance jobs publicity and talent quality
Strengthen the company's employer branding, recruitment marketing and manage the publishing of social medial content to position the company as an employer of choice
Improve recruitment efficiency, harmonize recruitment relevant policies/ guidelines and streamline recruitment processes at cluster level
Manage business budget and procurement process for cluster vendor appointment and service performance
Identify opportunity to improve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create positive candidate and hiring manager experience
Perform recruitment analytic to drive recruitment performance at cluster level
Manage reports submission related to resourcing efforts
Requirements
Degree qualification in Human Resource, Business or Marketing & Communications Management
Possess 3-6 years of operational and strategic Talent Acquisition experience; with minimum
2 years of Talent Acquisition CoE or Employer Branding project management experience
Passionate to drive Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies at Corporate/ Regional environment;
Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process; healthcare industrial experience will be an added value
