Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to plan orders and forecast for products.
• Gather PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) data and implement sell-out initiatives for products.
• Monitor shipment plans.
• Ensure accounts receivable (AR) collection from all customers.
• Coordinate with Product Directors (PDs) and headquarters on pricing setup, PRM, sales training tools, and service issues.
• Provide customers with PRM, comparison charts, and sales training tools as needed.
• Conduct market sensing activities, including competitor analysis and market trend assessment.
• Review channel marketing plans and provide guidance on in-store management, displays, and other marketing activities.
• Prepare proforma invoices for customers.
• Manage pricing and perform weekly bottom-up forecasting.
• Consolidate shipments for products and update the forecast file.
• Update and share weekly forecasts for shipments and sales consolidation.
• Prepare sectional reports (TMM, Biz Review, etc.).
• Manage account budgets, including A&P and sales programs.
• Track month-end sales closing for products.
• Coordinate with internal departments for export-related matters (sales administration, DP, finance, AR, PM, HQ, etc.).
• Track accounts payable (AP) from each factory on a weekly basis, particularly for R&R sales.
• Liaise with the India factory weekly regarding R&R sales.
• Track shipment plans for R&R products.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Sales or Marketing and above
• At least 3 years working experience in Regional Sales
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel overseas frequently
