JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to design and implement facility maintenance management programs for portfolio of properties, balancing client priorities in the areas of cost, business and operational risk.

Responsibilities

Client Care:

  • First point of contact for Client Stakeholder
  • Develops strong relationships with the client for all facilities management services
  • Maintains an accurate stakeholder register for your sites, or within your sphere of influence with key Client Employees or VIPs
  • Leads the Welcome Program within region ensuring 100% of new Client employees are welcomed upon commencement
  • Serves as a trusted advisor by clearly putting the client\'s interests in front of their own
  • Champions and embodies the importance of client care; consistently advocates the need to meet client needs and expectations and to improve client outcomes
  • Solicits client feedback and uses it to improve service. Measures client outcomes to ensure continued high quality
  • Has a deep understanding of client GMSA and Performance Indicators
  • Delivers accurate and timely reports for governance and performance outcomes
Environment, Health, Safety and Quality:
  • Is knowledgeable and informed of all CBRE & Client Mandatory Training
  • Ensures all team members complete mandatory training
  • Model Safety Behaviours such as; Attaching pre-work self-assessment cards to their access card for easy access and visibility, Stopping work for all unsafe acts/conditions and sharing lessons learned and Actively Participation in Safety initiatives
  • Responsible for Incident & Risk reporting including Immediate notification of incidents to leadership, SENM Reporting and CBRE HSE Tool updates
  • Adheres to all CBRE and Client Safe Work practices including ensuring 100% compliance with Vendor SWMS, Permit to work and License compliance
  • Safety E-Walks and Site Walks conducted regularly to maintain knowledge of risks and opportunities
Financial Performance:
  • Responsible for building accurate bottoms up Budgets using both local and global perspectives to inform assumptions
  • Responsible for accurate and timely re-forecasting
  • Strict quarterly budget delivery ensuring all works are complete on budget and on time
  • Works collaboratively with the Finance business partners to achieved best practice outcomes
  • Responsible for strict adherence to PO governance including ensuring no \'after the fact\' Purchase Orders
  • Ensures contract variations are identified in accordance with the GMSA and recorded
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversees Sourcing for region including ensuring 100% Compliance with Sourcing SOPs and procurement controls, drive preferred supplier utilization and ensure a diverse vendor pool
  • Responsible for the delivery of all Expense Construction projects within region. This includes end to end process management from identifying and recommending a pipeline of opportunities based on intimate knowledge of Cisco requirements and facilities needs to effectively communicating with client stakeholders to ensure alignment in final project list and finally ensuring delivery on time and budgets
  • Effective Lifecycle Renewal planning. This includes:
  • Accurate record of 5 year LCR plans maintained,
  • Review and recommendation to amend asset renewal period where suitable (i.e. bring forward where conditions reduce the predicted asset lifecycle or extend where maintenance and asset performance allows),
  • Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance visibility through reporting and smart technologies
  • Delivery of planned preventative maintenance and routine services:
  • 52 Week PPM Schedule is reviewed annually and Si7 maintains accurate PM records,
  • All routine service schedules are maintained and adhered to on time to a high standard of service,
  • All service reports are collected on time, documents managed per SOP and reviewed to ensure effective service management
People Leadership
  • Management and leadership of all reports within ASEAN region
  • Day to day management of direct reports including work allocation, coaching, support and performance management
  • Annual goal setting and remuneration reviews
  • Active participation in regional initiatives to drive inclusive and engaged workplace culture
  • Succession planning
  • Learning and development planning, delivery and support
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Prior Supervisory Management within Facilities Management preferred.

Management of direct reports and extended teams advantageous.
