About The Team We are seeking a motivated Regional Food Program Manager with a strong Catering Equipment and Space Planning focus for our Centre of Excellence team, to be the POC for all things F&B related for our employees within the Region. We've gone through monumental growth over the past couple of years and this position will play an integral role in supporting our future continued success. This position will be required to collaborate with various business, technology and operations team members and leaders to provide excellent end user service and experience. In addition, the Regional Food Program Manager is expected to help contribute to, and improve product, strategy and features. This role will have a specialist focus on Catering Equipment system development and operational management. Job Responsibilities - Strategically manage and support the wider food operations and workplace management teams - Create policies and guidelines that will help optimize current processes to support the local Food Coordinators to accomplish their SLA - Possess significant working knowledge of functional standards in each country in order to maintain and improve process quality for all catering operations -Ensure internal and external supplier compliance with company food safety policy -Engage with internal stakeholders to further expand on training and execution of equipment and space planning guidelines - Supporting management with reports and presentations - Engage with multiple offices as a cross-functional role. Support all other catering-related services (daily snack and beverage options, special internal and external event catering supervision, etc.) in regional offices - Assess food process safety and quality. Investigates and resolves employee complaints and concerns - Foster and maintain positive relationship with vendors supporting the procurement teams - Responsible for other duties as needed. Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 5 years of professional experience in related industries - Profound Operational and office setup exposure (Qualification beneficial) - Experience of catering service provider management, understanding the structure of outsourced catering services - Experience in on-site catering management in technology companies - Budget control, analysis and reporting - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions - Tech-savvy and ability to navigate different applications and platforms - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project) - Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills - Ability to remain energetic in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - Multi-language speaker is preferred - Bachelors Degree in hospitality management or catering management is preferred.
