As part of this omni transformation journey, we are introducing a new OMNI role within the region: Regional Group Manager - Ecommerce Merchandising Unit.
Job description
You contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and maximized profitable selling by ensuring enhanced omni customer experience and efficiency for concepts in the region.
You are responsible for leading, motivating, fostering collaboration, and developing the Ecommerce Merchandising unit within Region South Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, India) in an omni direction. You challenge and support Merchandise Managers in setting and driving omni strategy and concept strategy for the region.
You are responsible for setting, in collaboration with the Regional Head of Omni Merchandising, the omni way of working and method in the concept merchandising unit.
You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance, customer base development and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maximize profitable net sales and customer base for your region - short and long term.
