Regional Head
Sales and Partnerships
Location - Singapore (Hybrid)

If you have regional experience of more than 11 years in IT or Software sales with a stellar record, then this role is for YOU!

The client is a leading Software Solutions organization (IT consulting firm) helping worldwide organizations achieve their operational efficiency and decision making.

What will you do?
You will be leading the sales and partnerships in the region for companies leading in software and services.

• Will work closely with SAP and other partners to build new business and grow existing wallet size, specifically support and push SAP sales to close the software deal, and ensure the organization gets a part of the service deal.
• Make RFI and RFP responses and bids for tenders.
• Make and manage pipeline of opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Open doors for potential clients and enable pre-sales activities.
• Schedule and organize sales activities in collaboration with presales teams.
• Cultivate, nurture, retain and enhance relations with current and prospective clients.
• Identify and understand needs of the customers and ascertain how to add value.
• After the contract signature, you will be the voice of the customer and ascertain customer satisfaction.

Who are you?
You are someone with the drive-to-drive business for the region with an entrepreneur mindset and be a team person.

• Have at least 11 years of experience in software and IT services sales with solid network and relationships.
• Have high business acumen and understanding of retail, banking, energy, insurance, consumer goods, and transportation.
• Positive attitude, high motivation, innovative thinking and passion for creating value for customers.
• Have deep understanding and experiences with SAP and/or Analytics solution would be good to have.
• Have proven communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and an additional language is good to have.
