The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes. The Regional Head of Talent Access of will be responsible for shaping an end-to-end talent access strategy for a Region and driving a strong proactive talent advisory mindset and framework. They will support the Regional HRLT and will be responsible for turning the business strategy into an actionable talent strategy. They will lead a regional TA team who will create proactive recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps, help the organization assess and select talent for both todays and tomorrow’s business needs and ultimately create competitive advantage in the business and talent marketplace. Roles and Responsibilities This role will consult with senior business and HR leaders in the Region on talent requirements for today and tomorrow and drive an effective and efficient regional talent access strategy in support of the business and be able to deliver results in accordance with agreed upon metrics and SLAs. This role will consistently represent the TA story and metrics to HR leadership and appropriate business partners. This leader will partner closely with Global Talent Access team, Regional Talent & Diversity Leads, Regional Total Rewards & Mobility team, and the Regional HR team to develop and deliver an E2E talent access strategy. This role will partner across HR in support of talent gap analyses and development of long-term strategies to support current and future talent requirements. This role will work with the DE&I team to ensure a diversity strategy is in place for the region, this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations. As a member of the Talent Access team, this role will be part of an organization committed to exploring new, disruptive and long-term concepts for talent acquisition that will set New Consumer Health apart in the marketplace – think re-inventing the job description, a new focus on candidate experience and re-imagining how we connect with talent around the world. This person will have the opportunity to help rethink the development and implementation of differentiated Talent Access strategies across all candidate demographics, functional discipline, and business segments. The Regional Head of Talent Access will drive operational excellence throughout the talent access lifecycle and full TA team, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics. The Regional Head of Talent Access will lead, coach and develop a Talent Access team of Sourcers and Recruiters who are responsible for developing and executing talent access strategies to acquire top talent. The role will drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams that ultimately will deliver the best talent. The role will proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions. The role will maintain an understanding of innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practices and utilize specific sourcing tools, technologies, and/or capabilities required for talent access. This role is located in Singapore, and will require up to 30% of domestic and international travel.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of direct, relevant and recent experience in Talent Access or HR
  • 8+ years of managing talent access or talent acquisition
  • Experience in developing a comprehensive talent access and/ or talent strategy to address diverse talent needs
  • The ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable talent access strategy
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes
  • Must be a creative problem solver and have the ability and desire to live simultaneously in the worlds of strategy and operations
  • A regionally aligned talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Must have exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proven Influence skills
Preferred Requirements/Competencies:
  • Consumer Health or related industry experience
  • Proficiency with various candidate management and applicant tracking systems
