: With approx. 150 million cats and dogs and 1.8 billion potential pet owners, the transformation to a health through nutrition company in APAC has enormous commercial & reputation opportunity led by a newly created full time Regional HA/CA Director. This role will supercharge \xe2\x80\x9centerprise leadership\xe2\x80\x9d and visibility of our story (driving Associate engagement), in addition to a proactive regional health affairs agenda. It will sharpen and deploy an aligned health affairs strategy to unlock the potential of nutrition in the management of pet healthcare. With the role set up, it will also streamline our ways of working amongst local unit, region, and global through collaboration and synergies to amplify impact of this important work.

What will be your key responsibilities?


  • Enhancing large-scale messaging & sharing to influence superior market performance and positioning of APAC to peers & best practice crisis management [Communications, Leadership]

  • Communicate strategic ambitions of APAC driving outcomes/visible leadership \xe2\x80\x93 shape the culture and retention of talent in CA APAC [Communications, Leadership]

  • Sharpen and deploy health affairs ambition. Bring nutrition to the forefront of disease protocol. Build a \xe2\x80\x9cnutrition community of experts\xe2\x80\x9d in APAC. Unify effort towards education, recommendation and thought leadership across the region [Health Affairs, Growing Trust]

  • Realizing full potential of APAC as an aligned region with clear role of each unit in influencing the APAC purpose & mission [#1 Health Equity, #1 Preferred Partner] and OGSM . Build and nurture CA talent pipeline and capabilities. [Leadership, Talent]
