Opportunity to support a renowned FMCG (Food Manufacturing) space, and supporting the APAC office based in Singapore
Salary: Up to $3500 (Subjected to experience)
5 days work/ Office Hour
Working Location: CBD
6 Months Contract

Job Scope
Monitor payroll and compensation policies.
Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll activities with providers and HQ.
Distribute employee communications.
Implement new HR policies and practices (e.g., health insurance).
Assist with regional labour cost budget preparation.
Complete administrative paperwork for new hires, terminations, and benefits.
Prepare and submit reports and government survey returns.
Collect, maintain, and update employee data archives.
Manage tracking and analysis of presence and leave.
Oversee maintenance of office facilities and supplies.
Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Develop orientation documents for new hires, as needed.
Manage basic training operations.
Assist with transfers and international assignments (fiscal/legal/immigration).
Process and maintain documentation for staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Assist HR Directors in managing local HR initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification in human resources or business related
Self-motivated, independent, fast learner and able to work in a fast pace working environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
