This role will be a key HR point-of-contact for critical initiatives in our APAC region including incident management, crisis management and other important work. The HR Crisis and Incident Lead will be responsible for managing emergent work associated with meeting the needs of our people in the region while also planning and executing more structured project work. The role focuses on orchestrating and coordinating many cross-functional partners around critical issues at the intersection of crisis response, project management, and service delivery.


Regional HR Crisis and Incident Lead Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a People@ point of contact on key crisis response issues and projects in the APAC region
  • Build and document processes and localized plans to support crisis response and ongoing program management on key initiatives
  • Ability to move fast and learn quickly by using problem-solving and consulting skills combined with a customized approach for specific teams and needs
  • Driven cross-functional teamwork, navigate interconnected networks, connect disparate perspectives, and create transparency around complex issues
  • Communicate with clarity, brevity and precision
  • Acts as primary project contact on specific initiatives and projects
  • Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach goals
  • Drive issues to resolution and escalating unresolved issues to the leadership team in a timely manner including developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions
  • Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues
  • Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for XFN project teams
  • Provides clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization
  • Use data to support decision making
  • Leads and manages more than one project at the same time



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to create structure from complex, ambiguous situations, quickly assess situations, prioritize issues, and make good decisions under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, and global stakeholder management
  • Structured, organized, and detailed-oriented with the ability to be agile, flexible
  • Ability to work with global teams and be oncall for immediate response and team activation



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in high-growth companies
