Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare, relations & engagement.
Review HR policies periodically to ensure compliance with statutory/audit requirements.
Provide guidance and support to the management team on HR-related matters.
Responsible for providing leadership in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Talent Management - formulating HR strategies that deliver value to employees and the business.
Hands-on experience in payroll functions and overseeing compensation and payroll team.
Prepare monthly HR reports and yearly payroll/HR budget.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that the Management assigns.
Group (Global) - Reports to Deputy Group CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Design, propose and implement human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
Discuss with the HR lead of different region, lead, and coach in areas of Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, HR Information Systems and Shared Services.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that the Management assigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree preferable with HRM specialization
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Management
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, Statutory Requirements and HR practices
