The Regional HRBP will act as the primary strategic advisor to the Business CEO and the AgriBusiness (AgriB) leadership team. He/she will play a pivotal liaison role between the AgriB unit, the regional HR CoE and country HR team to develop, tailor and implement HR strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business strategy by helping leaders identify, align, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes in an effective and efficient manner
  • Facilitate and promote AgriB leadership team alignment and team effectiveness, and secure buy-in from stakeholders to deliver its vision, mission, strategy, and plans
  • Communicate HR and business strategies using clear language that engages others in the view of the future. Manage resistance, objections, and conflicts during conversations in a firm, respectful and empathetic manner.
  • Liaise and guide business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior roles in line with business strategy and objectives and to cascade KPIs and communicate performance rating
  • Act as an employee champion and change agent in identifying key challenges to workforce performance, people investment, and HR initiatives to implement these solutions for the business and employees
  • Partner with other HRBPs and cross-functional teams such as Total Rewards, Talent Development & Engagement, Organizational Development, and Talent Attraction in developing and delivering best practices to the BU
  • Propose and establish the AgriB HR operating and resourcing structure to support the organization\'s objectives and ensure compliance on policies and procedures
  • Lead team to translate business strategy into annual performance goals and departmental objectives. Provide coaching and guidance to subordinates
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Significant experience in senior broad-based HR partnering, working in international commercial and matrix organizations
  • Experience in business partnering within the APAC region
  • Prior experience within manufacturing and/ or FMCG industries is a plus
