In charge of planning, coordinating and managing payroll for Singapore and several other countries
Preparation of monthly payroll reports for finance team
Oversee all local and regional countries employment matters such as employment letters, terminations and dismissals
Key contact person for all local and regional HR matters
Handle government surveys
In charge of local and regional recruitment matters such as sourcing, arranging interviews and job offers
In charge of application, renewals, cancellation of work passes
In charge of onboarding, offboarding and trainings
Update HR records and prepare HR reports
Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
At least Diploma in HR or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as a team player
