This is an excellent opportunity to grow as part of a fantastic success story and work both in a corporate and a startup environment.HQ is looking for a project manager to establish, execute and support the integration of our platform with one of our key client's regional headquarters in Singapore. You will lead the HQ integration in the local market, including requirements gathering, setting timelines, coordinating client communications, tracking technical development of key features, and car service providers' integration with HQ. Beyond the specific client implementation, you will be the go-to person for all HQ needs in the region.What will you do?

  • Lead the deployment of the HQ suite of travel tools for client users in Singapore and Southeast Asia
  • Act as liaison between HQ, client, and regional Car Service Providers
  • Complete all periodic and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Review ground transportation industry news and trends relevant to the client's program, and partner with the Hospitality Team to source information needed or requested by senior stakeholders.
  • You will be available for in-person meetings with the firm as required and shall provide advice on all aspects of the Service.
  • Monitor & analyze HQ application activity, including car service usage and billing processes, to identify opportunities to improve the Service, reduce costs, and/or reduce carbon emissions.
  • Coordinate with on-site car service provider managers as needed for reporting and operational support of managed services.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure all car service requirements are fulfilled to expected standards.
  • Day-to-day support of clients' Passengers and Bookers.
  • Acquire a thorough knowledge of the ground transportation industry, including regional car service providers, and provide guidance on booking unique or high-touch transportation requests.
  • Creation and maintenance of training plan including demo sessions, user guides, FAQs.
What do you need to have?
  • Three years of project management experience for a growth-stage startup or a global company.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Mastery of MS Office, Google Workplace, and various PMO tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and driven personality
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to learn and support new technological platforms
  • English fluency is required; other regional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the ground transportation industry and suppliers in Singapore and Southeast Asia is a plus.
  • Work authorization in Singapore.
