Looking for an experienced Regional Influencer Marketing Lead to educate Influencers and KOLs on how to earn long term revenue through e-commerce collaborations across various marketing channels at Daraz such as Branding, Affiliates & Live Commerce.

The Affiliates & Influencers team at Daraz is a great place to be. Affiliates & Influencers are a key area of focus at Daraz, and an ever-evolving marketing channel for the company. This team is responsible for increasing digital distribution of Daraz's massive range of products, and works with hundreds of partners worldwide, to drive traffic, sales and customer acquisition. The Influencer Affiliate segment, sits as the exciting intersection of Commerce and Content.

We are looking for a marketer who can help unlock value for Daraz from social commerce. Some of the biggest Influencers in the world use e-commerce collaborations to fund their content creation. Your role is to educate Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) on how to earn long term revenue through e-commerce collaborations across various marketing channels at Daraz such as Branding, Affiliates and Live Commerce. You will be responsible for managing a regional portfolio of Influencers, and extracting maximum value for both Daraz and the Influencer throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

1) Structure programs to recruit Influencers & Content Creators to join Daraz's Affiliate program to drive Influencer revenue
2) Streamline Influencer Marketing operations across Branding and Performance channels
3) Create educational resources, pitch proposals and facilitate knowledge sharing initiatives within the region
4) Plan and execute Influencer acquisition drives and initiatives - events, workshops, webinars
5) Collaborate with Commercial teams to run brand Influencer campaigns
6) Contribute to business planning and roadmap
7) Monitor campaign performance, document regional insights and learnings and make recommendations for continuous improvement
8) Be the resident expert on influencer initiatives, local creators, trends and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria/Qualification:
1) 5+ years of work experience
2) A team player that enjoys working with a diverse team and delivering measurable results
3) Strong communication skills, with the ability to sell digital solutions
4) Experience building partnerships with Influencers, Content Creators and Affiliates
5) Experience building marketing plans and product launch strategies
