Regional IT Lead


About the Client
One of the fastest-growing tech companies that has made its mark internationally, our client is presently seeking for a Regional IT Lead to drive and build robust IT Operations across the region.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with local business teams to understand their current and future business objectives and IT requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and act as a liaison between Technical IT and business team.
• Dive deep into local IT operations and have a deep understanding of local IT infrastructure, process and technology.
• Liaise between different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services.
• Proactively monitor and report on operational status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements.
• Partner with other teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
• Relevant experience operating in similar role and providing IT Operation Management.
• Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify problems and implement solutions with minimal downtime.
• Strong relationship management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners.
• Excellent analytical and strong knowledge in process optimisation.
• Competent at documenting standard/ applications operating procedures.
• A desire to thrive in a hard-working, fast-paced and collaborative team.
• Enthusiasm for using new tools and ways of using them.
