Overall in charge for facilities management, supervision and administration of all facilities related to leasing contracts, investment projects, improvement projects, tenancy renewal or new tenancy negotiation/tender for the Region.
Develop, implement and evaluate policies, procedures and practices that support the performance of the operation of Company\'s properties and facilities across the Region and to maintain and ensure full compliance with country law and regulatory requirements
Develop, manage and oversee various relationships (suppliers/vendors and business partners)
Responsible for regional budgeting and other related costs in facility planning and management
Space management to develop regional workplace strategy and objectives to ensure effective scalability
Overseeing and planning of operational and preventive maintenance activities.
Oversee premises renovation, repair or maintenance as well as management of office fire-wardens and first aiders.
In charge of reporting and escalation to Japan Headquarter relating to facility management governance framework
Implement workplace change management such as office automation, e-reception/e-booking system and workplace strategy.
In charge of office administration, example: corporate mobile phones, corporate hotel rates and booking, staff name cards, season parking etc.
Recommend, provide justification for, and follow-through the variation of work orders within delegated authority
Initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment
Manage, train and inspire team to perform at their best
Support any and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Occupational Safety and Health:
Design and organised training and audit programs to meet OSH regional competency.
Upkeep of workplace health and safety
Initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure. safe and healthy work environment
Sustainability:
Collaborate with regional Sales companies to develop sustainability programs to meet Sustainability Development Goals
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with at least of 8 years working experience in facilities management, preferably in a regional capacity
Work knowledge of any Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)
Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Sense of responsibility, good initiative and responsiveness
Detailed, well-organised, patient, helpful and with positive attitude
