Discover Impactful Work:

Make a significant impact to the business performance by institutionalising and maintaining a program of pricing excellence. Partner with the commercial and functional team to drive revenue and bottom-line growth.

A day in the Life:

Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve price realisation targets.

Acts as a trusted strategic partner to commercial leaders to lead pricing and optimize profitability.

Works closely with the leadership to develop a culture of pricing excellence and best practices across the organization.

Responsible for continuous improvement on pricing processes and policies which includes approval and compliance matrix.

Develop long-term pricing strategy across the entire product life cycle for the assigned portfolio

Establish agile and short-term pricing tactics to circumvent challenges.

\xc2\xb7 Lead ongoing pricing activities (eg. pricing performance review and new product launches) across the organisation.

Keys to Success:

Education

A degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in a healthcare, medical devices setting would be ideal although it is not crucial

Experience with pricing and business development strategies preferred

Able to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation

Ideally with 5-8 years of relevant working experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong analytical and data management skills

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous setting and to be able to simplify complexity

Self-reliant and a problem solver with a natural bias towards continuous operational improvement.

Good written and verbal communications skills

Experience with Power BI and pricing solutions such as CPQ is ideal
