About the role

Reporting to the Regional Communications Manager, this role will assist in reviewing and supporting the development of Marketing & Communications activities in the Asia Pacific region. This 6 months internship commences January 2024.

What you will be doing

Marketing & Front Office Support

• Work with country managers in the Asia Pacific region to build local country presentations and capabilities presentations
• Support the development of marketing materials for key verticials (eg. presentation decks, case studies)
• Assist in the review of country pages on the Bollor\xc3\xa9 Logistics website and work with respective managers to update and develop local content
• Other ad-hoc support as requested from Key Account Managers and Sales teams

Communications

Internal Comms:

• Engage with various stakeholders to develop compelling stories for internal publication (on B\xe2\x80\x99Connected/Yammer)
• Support communications efforts for raising awareness on various topics (compliance, employee engagement, CSR, etc.)

External Comms:

• Work with relevant teams to develop articles for the website & social media platforms, focusing on a variety of topics such as CSR, Employer Branding, Customer Successes
• Assist in developing media contact lists and conducting media monitoring

Admin

• Assist with regular updating of documents on the Intranet (B\xe2\x80\x99Connected) such as Directories, Public Holidays
• Provide event support for internal events

Requirements

The successful candidate

Essential

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communications preferred
• Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Desirable

• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage
• Motivated self-starter
• Great attention to details, meticulous
