Job Description

:Develop and implement regional marketing mix strategy for the assigned segments/products in accordance with the global and regional strategy :

• Derive a regional marketing strategy for the assigned segments in alignment with the regional communications strategy;
• Design the segment positioning for the key markets in the region, including lobbying, stakeholder management approach (considering global concepts) for the market segments, and drive the implementation on all levels to support the business plan of the region;
• Drive regional / local product launch in the assigned segments and ensure fast ramp-up as well as end-of-life activities for customer retention in line with the global product strategy;

Actively support Sales & Service to drive regional Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) of the assigned segments within the region :

• Drive the exploitation of full potential within the market segments across all relevant applications in cooperation with the regional / country Marketing, Sales & Service teams;
• Initiate and run segment-specific price positioning workshops in conjunction with the relevant product managers and country representatives.

Provide input for the global segment strategy :Provide operational marketing and sales & service support for the assigned segments:

• Define and drive regional marketing activities with the given marekting budget for the assigned segments;
• Actively participate in the development of regional and local marketing plan and drive content development for the assigned segments and ensure its execution;
• Manage the segment portfolio including products and services and provide sales channel partner support in distributor countries and emerging markets;
• Manage customer visits and support the developmenent and management of key accounts and local Key Opinion Leader (KOL);
• Design and conduct regular segment trainings in the region.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing or similiar
• With at least 5 years of Product Marketing experience in Safety Protection Products
• Must have regional exposure
