Regional Marketing Manager - South East AsiaAn exciting and entrepreneurial opportunity to join a progressive Biopharma - setting up their South East Asia Hub in Singapore as the Regional Marketing Manager to launch and mobilise their broad and exciting range of Specialty Pharma products with a unique and un- met demand in Singapore and AsiaYou will have the progressive build something mindset and energy, coupled with a broad and varied Pharmaceutical marketing background with experience in Specialty pharma launch and commercialization , to include some access strategy and commercial DevelopmentWorking with the Singapore based Commercial Director who has a strong back ground in Sales and Distribution you will enhance the commercial business proposition in the regional role as the key Marketing lead with the following experience
- You have Lead, developed, and executed the marketing strategies and plans for specialty pharma innovation and launch
- Know how to lead business planning sessions, drive marketing initiatives and manage resources of marketing projects.
- Leads the new product innovation planning and execution, including launch meetings, sales planning sessions, and sales training.
- Drives actions from research projects and consumer/HCPs insight generation.
- Leads and performs analysis on marketplace intelligence, pricing, and competition
- Conversational Mandarin Required as essential
