Generate, lead and manage partnerships that help expand market access, acquire capabilities or drive commercialization of products. Share knowledge and support countries to replicate products, launch new initiatives within local markets or identify and close new partnerships Drive growth, engagement and retention of small business partners of Grab across SME Lending productsThe day-to-day activities: Drive the rollout of SME products and partnerships across markets collaborating with country leads and country teams Design the financial product, operating process and business cases for New Products, and/or Partnership and present to internal leaders for alignment Work with Tech Product, Operations, Risk, Data Science, Collections, Legal, Marketing and Compliance teams to align aspects of all functions requirements comprehensively for the launch Analyze and incorporate learning post-program launches for future improvements e.g. user experience, predictive models, risk appetite, internal operations or commercial terms with external partnerships. Independently generate leads for partnerships, and sometimes a sales pipeline. Structure deals and business cases using data analysis and business modelling. Manage partnership relationships, including effectively navigating partners' organisational structures. Independently design data-driven and analytical strategies and solutions to drive growth in the SME Lending business Provide inputs and advise the management team on key SME sector issues (e.g. strategic initiatives, business unit level plans, and major investments) based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analyses. Bridge business opportunities with product development via a keen grasp of the business imperatives and a clear understanding of the possibilities and/or limitations of technology and regulatory framework.The must-haves: 8+ years full-time working experience in the areas of credit or unsecured lending, with good knowledge of SME credit products (10+ years total experience preferred) A degree with good honours from a top-tier university in any discipline. Experience with micro and small businesses from a lending product or customer experience point of view. Sound knowledge of lending processes, KYC/KYB requirements, credit risk processes, system-related requirements for loans, and market dynamics for SME Lending in SEA (1 or more countries). Clarity of thought, sharp analytical ability, effective problem-solver. Can do both strategic thinking and effective execution. Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives. Strong skills with Excel for data analysis, including using Pivot Tables, A natural leader who displays integrity, humility, and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills. A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo. Experience in project managing complex, cross-functional projects.
