Job Description

The Segment Lead is a vital spearhead of Go-To-Market in the Mobile Postpaid Business. Key responsibility is in the growth of their in-base customers across all segments, both in Revenue and Engagement.

Work in collaboration with the Revenue, Retention and Acquisition teams (Product teams) & Device Product Panning team to take propositions to market in achieving Segment Goals.

  • Segment Retention and Re-Contract lines
  • Segment increase in product holding
  • Segment Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Job Responsibilities
  • To seek Revenue Enhancement opportunities, create and execute marketing programs towards achieving Segment Revenue targets, including Retention, Upgrade, Upsell and Cross-sell targets.
  • To create and execute Segment specific campaigns based on propositions worked out jointly between Product Leads and their teams.
  • To continuously seek new opportunities to expand the digital services usage of the segment base.
  • To use insights of the Segment base to enhance hyper-personalised targeting and offers.
  • To continuously collaborate with Revenue, Retention and Acquisition Product Leads in crafting Segment Specific offers to achieve mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with the Devices teams and external Device partners to choose the appropriate Device propositions for their segments.
  • Frequently report Segment results and insights on trends seen in the segment base.
  • Constantly review and improve the communication effectiveness and reach to the targeted base on both Above the Line (ATL) & Below the Line (BTL) comm.
Experience and skills required:
  • At least 5 years' experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Segment management.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) or Marketing campaigns experience.
  • Understanding of Digital marketing and Social Media marketing.
  • Detail oriented and analytical, Familiarity with Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Must be able to communicate well across support and matrix teams.
  • Collaborative nature and willing to work across teams to achieve goals.
