Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and co-ordinate the implementation of regional Net / iNet and related technology infrastructure environments (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancer, WiFi, Internet etc.)
  • Perform analysis required to define reporting requirements (e.g., Performance, Capacity, Change management).
  • Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones
  • Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockers
  • Document all aspects of the network infrastructure and keep documentation up to date.
  • Proactively monitor network and related system information technology assets, assessing and making recommendations for improvement to provide stable, dependable technology asset services and provide ongoing trend analysis.
  • Lead with outstanding communication, problem solving, analytical and project management skills of large scale project delivery
  • Manages the relationship with major stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
  • Practical experience in deploying network and security equipment, such as Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, Infoblox etc.
  • Knowledge of the LAN/WAN Protocols such as TCP, UDP, MPLS, QoS, BGP, IS-IS and OSPF
  • Has a good knowledge of the Telecom providers both domestic and Wholesale in Region, and has experience working with them
  • Effective communication skills to handle comms to teams, management and cross function stakeholders at all levels, and a proven record track record of delivering projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude that fosters excellent service and Business satisfaction
  • Good team and relationship builder with excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent documentation skills

Experience and Qualifications required
  • 10+ years of experience in Network services, with minimum 7 years in finance industry
  • Expertise in Firewall implementation and support (Checkpoint certification is a strong \xe2\x80\x9cplus\xe2\x80\x9d)
  • Experience with Equity and high-frequency trading (HFT) infrastructure is preferred
  • Client-oriented, strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Expertise in PMI methodology
  • Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
