The APAC Network Project Manager is responsible for designing and deploying the network infrastructure architecture in compliance with global standards. They will manage the budget from the network project perspective, negotiate aggressively to find cost-effective solutions, and manage relationships with major stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the implementation of APAC Net / iNet infrastructure environments
Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers
Proactively monitor network and related system information technology assets and provide ongoing trend analysis
Led large-scale project delivery with outstanding communication, problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Network services, with a minimum of 7 years in the finance industry
Practical experience in deploying network and security equipment, such as Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, Infoblox, etc.
Knowledge of the LAN/WAN Protocols such as TCP, UDP, MPLS, QoS, BGP, IS-IS and OSPF
Good knowledge of the Telecom providers both domestic and Wholesale in the Region, and has experience working with them
Effective communication skills to handle comms to teams, management and cross-function stakeholders at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Expertise in PMI methodology and ITIL disciplines
Self-starter and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
