The Talent

Bachelor\'s Degree preferred

5-8 years of relevant experience in product marketing, with strong preference for consumer electronics experience

Demonstrated experience in market analysis and product strategy development

Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market in multiple geographies

Excellent analytical skills and excel capabilities

Experienced producing polished reports in PowerPoint

The Job

Build short and mid-term strategies for categories and take ownership of executing across region

Continuously monitor core KPIs, adapting strategy when necessary to achieve goals

Analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends to identify gaps and opportunities to drive category growth

Lead regional go-to-market strategy and new product launches, working closely with subsidiaries to ensure full readiness and excellence in execution

Regularly and actively communicate with category teams in HQ and subsidiaries to ensure full understanding and alignment with global and regional strategies

Work with global product planning to influence product roadmap, positioning, and pricing for Southeast Asia & Oceania region

Provide regular progress to HQ leadership
