Regional Retail Digital Lead
This is a Regional Marketing role, reporting to RMO Head/WHC RMO (TBC) and is a member of the regional Marketing Regional Strategy & Operations APAC team. The position holder is the "marketing lead" for Women's Health (WH) in APAC will be responsible in and manages and driving regional retail capability building and digital activation primarily for WHC portfolio as a start; with the potential to expand to Bayer portfolio. In area of retail, hHe / Sshe will drive retail focus countries in strengthening effectiveness of engagements in retail space.
He/she will constantly be evaluating new channel opportunities (eg: Telemedicine or other new digital opportunities,..) and develop regional activation where appropriate to support countries new users outreach objectivessupports the brands in the WH portfolio, which consists of short acting contraceptives, long acting contraception solutions, gynecological therapies, and new products for the region. His/ her main task is to build and optimize the brands and upcoming launches in the Women's Health portfolio in each of the respective markets in the APAC region, which are very heterogeneous. Therefore product mix, strategies need to be tailored and executed in a specific tailored country format to maximize the performance of brands across the portfolio
The incumbent works closely with, and guides country Marketers and commerical team to ensure success and performance of Women's Health brands across all markets, as well as representing the needs of the APAC region to Global stakeholders.
