Our purpose for Consumer Channel & Partner Marketing (CCPM) is to be the voice for our customers, create visibility and consistency for our brand and add value through best-in-class global marketing. We are seeking a Digital Lead and a key member of the Channel & Partner Marketing leadership team for South-East Asia, Korea and India sub-region to lead a diverse, dynamic marketing team responsible for bringing our products and services to life with more than 2.5 billion consumers through our key partners across our consumer channels. As Digital Lead, you will lead and drive digital excellence and ecommerce capability with our partners to deliver innovation in omni-channel experiences to serve customers wherever, whenever or however they choose to buy. You will lead and drive digital strategy, tactics, and execution to deliver digital excellence by enabling ecommerce and omnichannel capability with our partners. As a Digital lead your focus will to drive ecommerce excellence by optimizing onlinecustomer journey, scaling omni-channel solutions and leading innovation with a mobile-first approach. As a Digital Lead, you'll guide and manageall digital marketing initiatives including always on marketing and new product launches, to maximize return on investments for Microsoft and ourpartners. You will deploy and adjust these tactics based on performance, current inventory position, market/partner/channel needs and competitiveactivity. By joining the CCPM team, you'll work closely with the Category Management and Channel Sales teams to drive digital go-to-market execution plans for an exciting product and services portfolio that only continues to grow. As part of the CCPM sub-regional leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to share learnings and best practices with other sub-regions in Asia and globally and leverage the larger regional infrastructure for execution support and platforms. The Digital Lead will have a unique opportunity to build and develop their skills and expertise across product portfolios, learning new insights and trends that will drive growth and business impact. This role will continue to hone digital expertise and have the opportunity to be on the cutting edge of digital tactics and analytics to help us identify how tactics perform and how we can optimize our partner digital transformation plans with customer obsession Working closely with partners and our teams, what's powerful about this role is the opportunity to enable digital capability and transformation for our people and partners to meet customers where they are and drive growth. (20%) Strategic Business Planning Create medium and long-term execution plans in line with seasonal planning to maintain digital retail channel momentum through the product life cycle and follow the key retail selling seasons. Build seasonal plans that anticipate needs of the selling seasons, key beats and industry trends Drive creation and review of rhythm of business processes Drive local alignment to global seasonal planning guidelines that delivers readiness and execution in market. Maintain budgets and maximize ROI (MDF and OPEX) for Digital marketing activities Leverage multiple funding models to build compelling through-partner campaigns & programs Work across a Regional Marketing council to develop and deliver co-marketing and through-partner campaigns that align to global creative, create cross line of business opportunities Develop a modern marketing mix that focuses on digital innovation and maximizing ROI Demonstrate creativity and entrepreneurial behavior while staying on strategy (25%) Land Digital Strategy & Partner Experiences : Activate eCommerce sales motions through digital marketing excellence, a connected storefront and mobile-first execution Influence conversion both in-store and online through seamless and synchronized shopper journeys/experiences Differentiate Microsoft from the competition by building connected product stories that are locally relevant Localize digital-first global campaigns & creatives to regional nuances and partner requirements (25%) Partner Centricity & Relationship-building : Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the retailer/partner building credibility and impact and influence to help land key seasonal and product priorities. Develop a deep understanding of individual partner capabilities to identify key opportunities and create joint value Collaborate and drive co-marketing campaigns that involve our ecosystem partners. Work across category and channel sales to maximize investments and synergy across tactics. Role model a culture of integrity and compliance, where trust and transparency are core to all decisions (20%) Execution Excellence : Drive in-market digital execution with creative excellence & seamless integration between Category, Sales & Channel Marketing Deliver against timelines, budgets, and scorecards while also capitalizing on innovation opportunities. Effectively communicate the business strategy, describes, and holds teams accountable to key goals. (10%) Actionable Analytics and Insights : Leverage regional consumer behavior and insights to optimize online customer journey on our key partner sites. Maximize ROI on activities by measuring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, promotions performance and sales. Anticipate and discover competitor's activities and adjust digital programs to counter. Work with markets to analyze the partner's existing digital capabilities to recognize and execute on specific local needs Gather and synthe insights from retailer partners, Microsoft, and industry resources to inform learning and actions Create a culture of learning, encouraging tests and trials that constantly move our marketing execution forward. key competencies: . analysis and insight (10%)- use internal and external data/research to assess industry/market trends, incorporate new digital tactics in to marketing strategies, understand competitive ecosystem and landscape and position microsoft products to win. . marketing principles (25%)- develop integrated digital marketing plans aligned to strategic market objectives by channel partner, drive marketing execution, and measure execution and return on investment (roi). . strategic business planning (10%)- lead partner ecommerce and omni-channel capability assessments to enable partner segmentation and prioritization. align digital marketing plans with strategic business objectives and category priorities across all consumer touch points and to strategically influence investments in line with partner segmentation and prioritization. . consultative leadership (20%)- influence partners with digital acumen and strategic expertise to enable their digital capability and accelerate transformation to drive growth. inspire, impact and influence the broader consumer channels sales and marketing teams in the regions to embrace digital marketing initiatives to drive growth. . business operational excellence (20%)- execute against scorecards and key performance indicator (kpi) targets, drive digital excellence, launch execution excellence and roi on digital investments. . leadership (15%)- influence across boundaries that delivers expected results. experiences required: education, key experiences, skills and knowledge: . marketing/business bachelor's degree - mba preferred . 8+ years relevant experience in digital, ecommerce/marketplace/ omni-channel marketing . proven success at digital marketing, ecommerce, omni-channel, and execution planning . proven skills in brand marketing and demonstrated ability in executing digital-first campaigns . deep knowledge in seo/sem, social media, programmatic ads, retargeting/remarketing, crm, upsell & attach, customer experience cx/ux, marketplace i.e. amazon, omni-channel tactics, and strategies . strategic business planning & financial acumen . deep understanding of data analytics and insights . executive & intercultural communication skills . demonstrated capability in building partner relationships . new product launch experience . leading and thriving in ambiguity . strong coach and digital mentor for others
