Job Description

• Supports the Business Development team in an effective manner;
• Drive Inside Sales Activities
• Participates in identifying target account opportunities and establishes proactive programs to tap emerging opportunities;
• Assists in CRM / Salesforce reporting, forecasting and administration
• Assists in execution of various Sales processes
• Develop (/ Assist in) and Generate proposals
• Prepare (/ Assist in) preparing and putting up quality structured proposals to respond to RFP, RFQ, RFI etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• Drive a high level of visual content / opportunity specific proposals to clients
• Assists in following up with the Proposal Manager for mobilization and delivery of the undertakings and commitments of the proposals;
• Manages/drives Client field support engineering offering

Other Duties

• Act as proposal manager for selected opportunities
• Support project kick off as a project engineer, when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
• 2 - 4 years related working experience
• Prior experience in engineering consultancy, construction and operations of High-Tech manufacturing facilities preferred
