You will be assigned Key account responsibilities to increase the sales and market in selected customers. Yearly account action plan needs to be developed with clear targets. The sales performance these accounts together with distributor performance will be your key KPIs. Works closely with the Director of Sales- Asia Pacific to appoint, train, evaluate and develop new agents, distributors and channels throughout the assigned territory. Develop and maintains strong relationships with the customer base as well as the distribution network. Also responsible for coordinating training, marketing activities and analysis of sales statistics as well as recommending and driving inventory levels within all distributors.
