The Regional Sales Manager will drive substantial revenue growth for the hotels under the group globally by consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets for the assigned portfolio through strategic business planning and effective execution of relevant strategies and action plans.Adecco is collaborating with one of the world-famous luxury hotel associations.Regional Sales Manager | B2B | Luxury HotelsThe Opportunity

The Talent
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Studies or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of sales experience within the luxury hospitality space
  • Strong background in events, groups and luxury travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Driven and disciplined professional with keen business insight and refined negotiation abilities.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, receptive to innovating and implementing new ideas to enhance current procedures, committed to seeing projects through to completion.
  • Demonstrates proactive initiative and a keen sense of urgency.
  • Possesses a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Balances autonomy with collaborative teamwork effectively.
The Job
  • Spearhead the management and expansion of Travel Trade, Corporate, and MICE business within existing key accounts while cultivating new prospects.
  • Concentrate efforts on hotels participating in the Collaborative Business Planning program, executing tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue objectives for each property.
  • Heighten awareness of the company and its member hotels among target clientele in the assigned portfolio, facilitating the generation of high-quality leads.
  • Establish enduring, mutually beneficial relationships between member hotels and clients.
  • Exhibit comprehensive familiarity with the products and services offered by member hotels.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities utilizing SalesForce.
  • Act as a leading advocate for utilizing Lanyon to manage Corporate Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Stay informed of current market trends and competitors\' intelligence to inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate familiarization trips to pertinent member hotels.
  • Participate in Corporate-related events and industry tradeshows as necessary.
  • Assume responsibility for managing the sales portfolio in an additional outbound South East Asian market if required.
