Job Description

You will be joining an EU MNC who are the leaders in the production of Asphalt plants. Due to rapid expansion plans in the region, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage Sales Activities across SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationship with customers.
• Hunt for sales lead and achieve yearly sales goals of the company.
• Develop the business of the company in the SEA region.
• Follow company's Quality Policy and Procedures. To be responsible for own accounts such a facing quality issues, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any failures and make continuous quality improvements.
• Make detailed and feasible sales plans based on company's sales policy; create a yearly plan and achieve sales revenue and profit goals.
• Collect and analyze competitors' information, development trend of industry and micro-economy in the form of weekly and monthly report.
• Responsible for sales expenses, payments and collecting of AR.

Requirements:

• Min. 8 - 10 years experience in Machinery, within the Asphalt, Mixing Plant or Construction Equipment industries.
• Technical background within these industries is a must.
• Know-how within the aspects of Asphalt industry / Road Paving procedure / Product configuration and familiar with working flow and features of Mixing Plant would be ideal.
• Must have regional experience managing dealers particularly in SEA.
• Solid English writing, speaking and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organizational, team-player and result-oriented.

Base Salary range up to $10k/month based on experience.
