We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate should have sales experience in mechanical processing equipment used in water and water treatment industry (example decanter centrifuges, and dewatering solution).

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. This key position will provide an excellent opportunity to grow market share, revenue, and bookings in APAC for the entire product portfolio of Water Treatment and Dewatering.

The ideal candidate should have sales experience in mechanical processing equipment used in water and water treatment industry (example decanter centrifuges, and dewatering solution).

Description

  • Lead the direct and indirect sales force on strategy, deployment of strategy, understanding the customer\'s needs, and creation of a value proposition to the customer.
  • Manage the strategic account planning process that sets performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, bookings, and margin.
  • Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and positioning of Water Treatment and Dewatering solution.
  • Evaluate the overall market and potential competitors and based on this analysis develop a vision and strategy for Water Treatment and Dewatering solutions to create a more valuable, differentiated offering.
  • Lead new business generation and cross-selling of existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships within enterprise clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of sales support and play the lead role in building, motivating, and developing an effective regional sales team to deliver against business objectives.
Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/Environmental Engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales of mechanical process equipment used for dewatering solutions.
  • At least 5 years of sales management and channel development experience across the APAC region.
  • Proven results identifying business opportunities and a track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets
