About the job Regional Sales Manager (Fuel Testing)
Delivering the agreed-upon Gross Margins for the business while maintaining high levels of staff commitment and satisfaction and customer satisfaction and retention in complete accordance with the Group\'s IMS is the main goal of this position.
In close collaboration and communication with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management team, other goals include corporate governance, business expansion and enhancement, and tactical management of the Group\'s operations with the aim of realising the Group Vision.

Revenue, as stated in the Board of Directors-approved financial estimates.
People, making sure that the team or teams are highly skilled and motivated to provide results that will help the group realise its vision.
Procedure, always according to group policy and procedure without exception.

Qualifications:
Education: Marine/Maritime background as a sales and marketing executive
At least seven years of experience working for a reputable maritime services company
Should possess a background in the maritime business and be known as a visionary in the field.
Dedicated, focused, and ambitious to innovate within a typical maritime business.
They ought to be able to view the company as a whole and make equal contributions to the group and the business.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage and lead others are essential.
