Summary
- Monday to Friday (Office Hour)
- Salary negotiable depending on experience and capability
- Company location: Tuas West Road

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales and admin team
- Designing and implementing sales strategy that expands company\'s customer base and ensure it\'s strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Possesses experience in Oil & Gas Industry / Manufacturing / Medical
- Willing to travel oversea (SEA) for operational meeting purposes
- Car is not necessary, but possesses Class 3 / 3A license is a plus
