Summary As the Regional Sales Transformation Manager within the Group Agencies Network Business Transformation Department, you will be the main driver and facilitator of Sales Transformation in the agency network. You will be leading the processes to application on the sales domain. You will be collaborating with the agency network i.e. Agency Management, Quality Process Manager (QPM), Key Users (KU), SEM) and Global Sales Transformation Managers for ongoing process improvement and identification of data quality projects. To excel in this role, you should be someone with great interpersonal skills and experience in people management Main Responsibilities: Provide feedback and proposition on initial assumptions during process definition phase Actively participate, prepare case study and test scenarios for User Acceptance Tests Proactive communication with agencies to drive strategy change Plan and organise training for end users through cascading training from Key Users Keep abreast of the progress of projects Identify issues, define action plans and engage with relevant person in charge i.e. QPM to drive adoption of tools & process for assigned countries Identify and form a team of Key Users, establish frequent communication on change messages, release notes, best practices, data quality campaigns Organise onboarding session for new Key Users i.e. communication, coordinate training, open business role via EUP Provides business support i.e sales tools & processes as the single Point of Contact in the region for QPMs, KU & SEM Escalate any need for tool or process improvement collected from the network and inform in return the network of enhancements to be delivered/delivered Gather and consolidate best practices from various network and drive improvement process Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the sales domain within the Shipping Industry. Technology friendly and fully comfortable with understanding of business applications. Experience in training delivery is required. ..This role is opened for local employment only.
