Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Regional Senior Manager, Boeing Digital Aviation Services Commercial Sales in Singapore. The position reports to the Regional Director Sales for APAC and manages a regional team coordinating closely with programs leadership and marketing. This leader is responsible for developing our regional go-to-market strategy for each supported business and leading the team in the execution of sales campaigns to achieve growth objectives. The leader is responsible for the day-to- day management of the sales team members who are focused on regional sales campaigns, opportunity management, sales training & development, internal coordination, CRM (Salesforce.com) administration and other programs as prescribed.

Position Responsibilities:

Coach, develop and guide the sales team on how to drive the most optimal customer journey and how to grow each client in the team\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio;

Monitoring team activities on daily basis, conducting weekly/monthly check-in meetings with team to implement and adjust strategies;

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to solicit new business and/or retain and penetrate existing business to drive growth;

Lead the development of sales opportunities and coordinate with the business sales support groups, program leadership and marketing to maximize opportunities in the region;

Develop and execute on growth plans while meeting short term business objectives;

Drive key activities, including prospecting, strategy planning, forecasting and prioritization of resources;

Support strategic imperatives and initiatives in order to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance;

Monitor and track key sales performance metrics;

Maximize utilization of product management and marketing communication as well as customer support to contribute to business objectives;

Ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, maintain and develop relationships with key personnel of key customers within the region;

Conduct regular pipeline reviews with the members of the team and supervising their performance against set targets and KPIs;

Participating in strategically important client negotiations and meetings;

Lead the execution of sales strategy on the assigned territories and ensure quota attainment by the team;

Oversee process improvements, staff skill development and collaboration with larger BGS and Boeing proposal initiatives;

Partner with sales leadership, sales operations, human resources and finance to administer the sales incentive plan program; which includes calculations, data extracts and report generation in a timely manner and ensure incentive plans are distributed with accuracy, transparency and on schedule

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Proven Track Record as a successful customer facing professional in the SaaS or Aviation Industry

Proven Track Record in building and maintaining strong relationships throughout Asia

Personality of a natural and charismatic Leader

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within Sales & Marketing

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in team management

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing competitive domestic or international sales campaigns

Competent in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com

Fluent English written and oral skills;

Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills;

Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills;

Ability to travel up to 40% to 50% when needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Understanding of internal sales approval processes (P&O, NBA, etc.);

Understanding of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.com;

Experience closing large, complex, strategic deals;

Proven ability to facilitate meetings and foster communication across geographically separated teams;

Working knowledge of Boeing\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Aviation and Analytics services and solutions as it relates to Commercial;

Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills;

Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development;
