This role will be a critical position, partnering with the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy and Director of Marketing as we prepare to create magic at sea in Southeast Asia. You will be a crucial part of establishing the media and digital strategy for the successful introduction and sustainment of Disney Cruise Line\xe2\x80\x99s newest ship Disney Adventure to sail from Singapore beginning in 2025.
The Senior Manager, Media & Digital will lead our media planning and content distribution functions developing holistic, integrated, and innovative marketing plans in offline, digital and direct channels that maximize our reach and impact against our targeted audience. You will lead strategic planning hand in hand with the Sr Manager Marketing Strategy to drive audience-centric media plans.
This Senior Manager will report to the Director of Marketing, and will play a prominent role in the expansion, leading media planning and supporting integration with sales and communication teams to ensure optimal integrated communications plans across paid, earned and owned paving the way for a successful entry into these exciting markets with custom-tailored plans to the Southeast Asia consumer.
This role will be responsible to lead the media plans in all markets, leading market specific media strategies which will act as the core foundation of the go to market campaign approach in each country. The individual will have a strong understanding of media consumption across key markets of Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia. The role collaborates with the communications disciplines across creative, partnership and internal company synergy to drive effective communication strategies that motivates the consumer through the purchase funnel of awareness, product understanding and conversion.
You should be an energetic, proactive, self-starter with experience working within a media organization ideally with large-scale travel industry business clients. Candidates must work well in teams and possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment across countries and timezones.
