The incumbent will also act as first line contact point and escalate deployment or support related issues to the proper channels. In addition, he/she will also support and assist pre-defined training when required and liaise with China Product and Engineering team. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Knowledge of Networking such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and routing Good understanding of protocols such as SNMP, ModBus and BACnet Experience working with Linux and/or Windows Server Application Administration and supporting end-users / partners Positive attitude & can-do attitude to overcome various execution challenges Good verbal communication, listening and presentation skills Good technical trouble-shooting and analytic skills Proficient in Chinese preferred as this role is required to liaise with China Product and Engineering team Ability to analyze, document and communicate issues for appropriate escalation and constantly adopt best practice and good discipline in documenting the processes to be modeled and implemented You have: Diploma in any Engineering/IT/Network related field or its equivalent 3-5 years of experience IT/Networking deployment/service deliveries Knowledge and/or experience in standard communication protocols like SNMP, ModBus and BacNet/IP Working knowledge of DCIM or Building Management System (BMS) Knowledge of Linux, Windows and Networking Proficient in Chinese to liaise with regional Product and Engineering team Experience in C/C++ application development is a plus
