Adecco is working with a growing multinational company who manufactures instruments and provides service solutions to its clients within the medical, healthcare and industrial space. As the scientific labs face new challenges to stay competitive for both innovation and business sustainability, this company utilize its strong knowledge and experience within the industry to provide value-added services as a solution to meet the pressing needs of lab operations.The JobThis is a Regional Leadership position to drive overall strategy, governance and performance for service programs within the assigned region which includes Singapore and Japan. You will lead and develop the team to ensure 100% delivery on service contract terms and provide support to the assigned customer cluster. In order to do so, you will also be working in collaboration with cross functional teams including Service Operations team, and external customers.

• There will be financial responsiblities on forecasting revenue and margin for your assigned region, deliver commitments against budget and lead execution to drive financial expansion.
• You will also drive governance by identifying best practices on service delivery and customer service and set standards across key accounts and region.

The Talent

• Experience in technical service with proven track record of commercial leadership (business acumen) in driving revenue within the service department.
• Strong network connection towards pharmaceutical or scientific lab market
• Japanese speaking is an added advantage as this position will manage Japan accounts
• Travelling required
