Overall Accountability:

Assess the organization\xe2\x80\x99s talent and development needs; identify and prioritize critical skills; develop and implement solutions to support business and functional objectives in the areas of Learning & Leadership development, Talent Management, Culture & Engagement, as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and programs to build organizational capacity and capability, strengthen individual skills and competencies, and drive a culture of excellence and continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee the continuous enhancement of the performance management program so that it provides alignment with organizational goals and performance and supports the achievement of the company\xe2\x80\x99s mission. Leads and Partner with SEA Talent Leader to create Performance Connection Culture and improves the Quality of Career Conversation
  • Work with the SEA Talent Leader to manage the Talent Review Process and provide guidance to the stakeholders in SEA Region
  • Provide coaching to facilitate the employee engagement initiatives and development approaches to enhance and measure employer branding and retention
  • Create initiatives to build a desired working culture through engagement surveys outcomes
  • Lead and implement regional Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in partnership with global Talent CoE.
  • Define and implement integrated learning and development solutions that create outstanding learner experience and support career development.
  • Champion employee learning and development in a way that allows employees to own their future and careers; partner across programs, departments and units to think about new ways to define career development within the organization through effective leverage of the Learning management system
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in human resources, at least 5 years experience in Talent development and /or management, including designing and delivering leadership and management programs in a global organization.
  • Strong record of delivering complex, multi-disciplined, inclusive programs including culture change and team effectiveness
  • Proven ability in handling complexity and ambiguity
  • Deep expertise in developing leadership at all levels in a global organization
  • A global perspective with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing, fast-paced, and consultative environment.
  • A professional presence and ability to build strong and influential relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative; equally effective as a team leader and a team player
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
