Job Description

Work closely with the Head of Region to help realise the five year plan, bring together and develop nutritional solutions from the Group's businesses and co-products services.

Work with SEA commercial and technical teams, providing professional technical management and support in technical solutioning for customers. Including the implementation and development of innovative solutions, this will require a high level of tenacity, technical competence and resourceful collaboration with sales team to support the commercial activities.

• To develop and deliver technical and product support in-line with business aims.

• To maintain and build excellent working relationships with internal & external customers and other stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain and grow existing and new product lines, in line with agreed targets/budget requirements.

• Help build a pipeline of technical competence in the region.

• Raise the profile of AB Agri in SEA.

• Be the main conduit for all technical matters from HQ into the region.

• Close alignment and in region working with Technical colleagues towards implementation of product solutions and services.

• Significant input and steering of the Alternative Ingredients assessment, in concert with progression plan in the choice of ingredients, application, practical production and field application.

• Progressively grow a team that supports the technical needs in alignment with the SEA Strategic plan.
  

Skills needed of applicants: - Technical leadership in the region - for Formulation, Application and new technology innovation adaptation in the region.

• Knowledge and understanding of multiple species with a specialism on monogastric (pig/poultry).

• Experience working in a Regional role, covering multiple SEA countries.

• Experience working in an international and matrix environment business.

- Able to communicate in multiple languages is beneficial - English, Chinese Mandarin and Indonesian.
