Position Title: Technical Lead

Location: Battery Road, Singapore (On-site)

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
• Oversee the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and enforce best practices.
• Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies and continuous improvement practices within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and quality assurance, for seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance development processes and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, providing effective solutions to address them.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth among team members.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues, offering guidance and support for their resolution.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on web or enterprise application development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, inspiring and motivating team members.
• Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, including agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with microservices architecture highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, quickly grasping complex concepts and technologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong leadership skills, guiding and motivating a diverse team of developers to achieve project goals.
