HR Lead, Total Rewards & HRIS You will be responsible for covering Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and a small team in China. You will also be overseeing 2 payroll associates from Shared Services. Reporting to Head of Regional HR of SEA and Dubai HR Lead, Total Rewards & HRIS You will be responsible for covering Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and a small team in China. Reporting to Head of Regional HR of SEA and Dubai Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang MRT Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm Our client is a French MNC in the power/energy industry. They are headquartered in France and have more than 150 years of history. In the SEA region, they have more than 2000 employees with more than 1400 of the employees based in Singapore. Your Responsibilities: Review, evaluate and update total compensation and rewards policies, regulations and market benchmark to ensure compliance with local labour law, alignment with Group/Company direction and governance, and market competitiveness Support and propose relevant and effective company total reward strategies and proposal for talent attraction, development, and retention. Manage library of updated job descriptions for benchmark, job structuring, salary ranges and survey participation for all jobs using appropriate position database and reliable market survey. Periodic and regular review and evaluation of all positions & jobs and reward structures in tandem with changes due to business nature, organizational changes for alignment with market relevance and competitiveness Conduct harmonization for alignment among entities and leverage for cost-effective total reward practices and policies across all the entities in the region. Review and analyze market intelligence, reward trends and practices in APAC/Southeast Asia for competitive benchmark and share or propose recommendations to local management teams for review and approval. Conduct review and analysis for continual improvement and manage end-to-end change management during implementation to ensure the effectiveness of total rewards. Support the system implementation and rollout of Group HRIS on SAP for all the entities in the region as SPOC of the project. Facilitate end-to-end system implementation including, setup, data migration, UAT, user training, integration of local systems to the Group HRIS and so on to ensure follow-through and the successful go-live of the system. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in HR management or Business Administration with min 8 years of in-depth related compensation and/or benefits experience. Works comfortably in an international diverse culture/environment Sound knowledge and experience of Southeast Asia total rewards and labour law practices. Strong knowledge of all local regulations, filing and compliance requirements (eg income taxation) affecting employee benefit programs. Working experience in managing international assignment & mobility management Experience in designing and executing Executive Compensation and Long-Term Incentive program. Regional compensation experience preferred, particular in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and China will be added advantage. Strong analytical skills with good understanding of big-picture in terms of compensation and benefits mapping and recommendation with good judgment and proposals Strategic, creative design and thinking and yet meticulous for attention to details Experience in project leadership and change management.
