Job Description

They are looking for a Regional Trade Marketing Manager to join their Travel Retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective trade marketing strategies that maximize brand visibility and drive sales growth across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies for the Travel Retail regions that align with the brand\'s objectives and market dynamics for the 3 axis.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the planning and implementation of regional advertising and promotional campaigns, including social media, events, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer trends and preferences, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Help manage regional budgets and track expenses to ensure programs are delivered within budget constraints as well as stock inventory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in trade or retail marketing in Travel Retail for cosmetics industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners within a matrix culture.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
