Job Title: Regional TrainerLocation: APACCompany Expectations:The company is seeking a skilled Leader for Regional Training in the APAC region who can develop and execute annual training programs. These programs must align with our business objectives in marketing, product development, and sales, catering to the specific needs and priorities within the APAC market to enhance sales performance.Role Overview:As the Leader of Regional Training, your primary responsibility will be to curate and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the diverse needs of our target groups across the APAC region. You\'ll leverage market insights to design engaging content and methodologies that resonate with our sales teams. Additionally, you\'ll be tasked with translating technical product information into accessible training materials, facilitating both in-person and digital training sessions, and establishing robust measurement tools to assess the impact of training initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training content from conception to delivery, considering the unique requirements and consumer insights of various target demographics within the APAC market.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership by devising innovative solutions that adapt to evolving business dynamics and available resources.
  • Simplify complex product information into digestible sales training content, enabling seamless communication for our sales teams.
  • Conduct engaging in-person and digital training sessions, fostering interactive learning experiences that resonate with participants.
  • Implement tools for assessing the effectiveness of training efforts, including data tracking, reporting mechanisms, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize digital learning platforms and software applications to support our e-portal learning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the bathroom and kitchen industry or similar field.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in field coaching and training content development.
  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms, demonstrating fluency in usage and expertise in engaging learners.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region for training programs (approximately 30% or less).
Key Relationships and Communication:
  • Deliver training sessions to internal sales and marketing teams across the APAC region.
  • Conduct training programs for external business partners and sales consultants within the APAC region.
