Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading insurance company currently looking for a 6 months contractor to join their team. This position reports into the Client review head.
Relationship Associate
- Support ISB to attain their strategic growth targets;
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and delivery of high service levels;
- Liaise and follow up with Global Commercial Banking offices on inward/outward referrals and other operational matters;
- Assist in preparation of basic credit applications;
- Follow up and ensure timely preparation and receipt of loan, security and other documentation in line with the credit approvals and faciliate activation of facilities;
- Participate in ad hoc projects relating to improving operation processes and customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable operational risk Standards and policies, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures;
- Be adaptive to ongoing changes within the organization and support the implementation of needed changes in the department.
Competencies & Personal Traits
- Preferably a diploma holder or graduate, with a strong desire to serve customers
- Working knowledge in commercial banking products and banking operations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, telephone and customer servicing skills
- Strong learning ability and comfortable with learning
- Able to effectively interact with people at all levels and be a team player
- Possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done the right way the first time
