& Requirements

Under the leadership of the team leader, carry out the company's financial business marketing:

• Responsible for maintaining and developing private equity customers, syndication team of FIs and M&A transaction under the responsibility of the team, exploring potential business opportunities, and providing good customer relationship management and financial services to existing or potential industry target customers.Work content includs but will be not limited to understanding customer needs, applying the right product mix, formulating marketing plan, organizing and implementing the marketing service, completing all required internal processes including system work (such as preparing term sheet, credit proposals and credit review, implementation of the credit terms and conditions, servicing of client's day-to-day needs, operate in bank's internal systems, etc.).
• Developing corporate deposites and conducting Cross-selling of banking services and products such as trade finance and financial market products from the aspect of customer relations to improve the comprehensive benefits of the whole bank.
• Drive product research and development. According to the needs of customers and the local competition situation, propose new products, research and develop new products for the branch, implement innovation-driven, and expand revenue sources.
• According to the credit granting strategy of the branch and the economic development characteristics of China and Singapore, conduct research on private equity customers and M&A transations to support the business development direction of the company and the credit granting policy of the branch.
• For team with Product responsibility, the main job tasks will also include to originate, structure and propose facility structure for either syndicated or M&A transaction and to provide assistance and guidance on these transactions for the relevant coverage teams.
• Carry out proactive risk control of credit business, undertake risk prevention work including credit risk, operational risk, compliance and anti-money laundering risk, and complete post-loan management and KYC; At the same time, regular or irregular customer visits are made to collect and analyze the business information of the industry and customers in the market, analyze and judge the changes of customers' credit status, and strengthen credit risk management.
• Responsible to meet the relevant KPI target imposed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with a Major in Finance, banking, accounting or related experience is preferred
• 3 Years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication and coordination ability
• Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and HQ
• Other special requirements: 2-years of product experience in Syndication and/or M&A
