They are actively looking to hire a Relationship Manager to join their ever-growing team. The Responsibilities: . Support Relationship Managers in the Japanese Business Development Department in the preparation of loan documentation and ensuring all approvals for submission to credit committee and parent company for consultations are accurately and timely prepared . Support Relationship Managers in the Japanese Business Development Department in monitoring the Bank's loan portfolio and in conducting industry market research . Perform and manage credit reviews of customers, including risk ratings, and submit appropriate reports as and when required by the parent company . Support Head of Japanese Business Development Department in strategic planning of the Bank's marketing initiatives of new Japanese customers . Support Relationship Managers in all loan transactions and tracking of covenants in loan documents . Ensure Relationship Managers and Head comply with the Bank's internal lending rules and regulations . Any other tasks as assigned by Head of Japanese Development Department The Requirements: . Bachelor's Degree . Minimum of 5 years' work experience in Corporate Banking . Ability to multitask and work independently within timelines . Team player and possess good communication and problem-solving skills .
