Define and support implementation of reliability improvement projects across LNOX plants in Singapore and Malaysia
Support RCA investigations for any plant downtime or failures and ensure lessons learnt are shared across LNOX sites and NSHS ROS
Review and analyse reported downtime events and highlight corrective and preventive actions to be taken at the sites
Drive improvement in the reduction or elimination of plant equipment failures by identifying failure causes, reviewing process data and equipment information. Develop, recommend and implement solutions in design, maintenance procedures or equipment selections.
Support review and selection of vendors and contractors for major maintenance activities
Support maintenance and troubleshooting at LNOX plants
Support the development of maintenance strategy in LNOX
Support implementation of condition based monitoring of equipment at sites
Support key maintenance events
Implement database for all spares across LNOX plants
Responsible for spare part strategy by equipment class; development and ownership of spare part annual budget
Perform, execute and lead small engineering projects
Ensure management of the change process is followed and all required tasks are completed.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Engineering degree with 3 to 5 years experience in operations and maintenance of industrial plants
Knowledgeable with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation systems
Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
Highly analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Experience in root cause failure analysis
Good interpersonal and communication skills
